Our thanks to everyone who supported our efforts in the raffle. Please read the following letter from the Chief for details regarding the outcome of the raffle:
We are working diligently to process refunds for all the tickets purchased. We have experienced several setbacks with the process, including software and computer issues. We hope to have all refunds processed and mailed before the end of the year.
